Remembrance Workshop IV: Introduction to Sound Frequency:

Mer-Ka-Ba

This workshop on Remembrance is all about sound and frequency and it is experientially-based. Its all about the feelings this material evokes within You. Suffice to say that some of this material will resonate into your hear-centres and heart-centres. For others, there is much for the left/right brain or should I say the rational/intuitive parts of your DNA as it decodes frequency prior to processing within your brain.

I leave it up to you to experience the various nuances of sound frequency and sacred geometry. This workshop is all about Celebration; a musical/visual celebration of Us and of the All that we call Life. If you are interested in some of the visuals presented, they are from Jonathan Quintin. Mr Quintin's work on sacred geometry is (as far as I can feel) are spot on. In terms of the Remembrance of Who We Are, I remembered a lot about myself once immersed in his stunning visual symmetry.

Currently, the music of choice for me is overtone /throat singing and Tibetan temple music. Lama Tashi has such power and movement in his work that its difficult to stay in body!! We all react differently however, to music and visuals encoded within the beauty and symmetry of sacred geometry. Any or no response to its beat is just that, nothing more.

To finish on:

Native American music, particularly the flute, resonates for me. The clip below is good because it also reflects the people, past and present as well as their sacred practices. Its nice to see a resurgence in the music of the indigenous peoples of the world within the West. Geez, we need it, especially now as the Quickening is rising in frequency so, so quickly.
